What are the shipping charges?
We offer a hassle-free return policy for most products. Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused, and in their original packaging. Certain items, such as personalized products, are not eligible for returns. For more details, visit our returns policy section.
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, log in to your account and go to the "My Orders" section. Select the order you wish to return and follow the prompts to request a return. Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team for assistance.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds for prepaid orders will be initiated on receipt of the product(s) back to our warehouse. It may take 5-7 business days for the credit to reflect into your account depending on the bank and the mode of payment.
